GTM Ministries is excited to invite you to join a Gospel Choir Day in Hague, Netherlands: December 12-14.
(Starting on the 10th for the music mission team)

 

We are thrilled to announce that GTM Ministries is launching a brand-new partnership with our dear gospel friends in the Netherlands! This collaboration has been in the works for a long time, and we already have several projects planned for the coming years, with the mission to share the good news of Jesus Christ with the beautiful people of the Netherlands, in the best way we know - through gospel music! 

 

As in much of Europe, gospel music is beloved in the Netherlands, serving as both a vibrant platform and a significant mission field. However, many local gospel singers have not yet engaged with the international gospel community, especially through travel and workshops beyond their region. Our esteemed partners, Clifton and Agnes, are eager to help these singers become more involved in the global community, aiming to elevate their music for the transformative gospel of Jesus Christ—making the message of Gospel Music their primary focus.

 

These are truly fantastic people, well-organized and passionate about GTM Ministries’ vision!

 

Would you like to help us get this initiative off the ground with a fun weekend in the Netherlands before Christmas?

 

Zeke Locke, our amazing GTM Music Missionary, will be there, so you already know it’s going to be fantastic!

 

Great things are planned, and we're confident you will enjoy this event. It will take place for one day, on Saturday, December 13. You can arrive anytime on Friday and depart on Sunday. The event will be held in the heart of The Hague, just a 30-40 minute train ride from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Coincidentally, a large Christmas market will also be in downtown The Hague that weekend, making for a perfect blend of gospel music and holiday shopping!

 

The choir day will be hosted at the impressive Amare Theatre. In the morning, there will be a special workshop where you will not only learn songs but also engage with a unique theme that we believe you'll love! More information will follow.

 

In the afternoon, a choir room will be set up for singing around the piano/instruments, and this event will result in a video recording.

 

To cap off the day, there will be a public concert on the grand steps of the theater lobby. Check out the picture!

We have reserved rooms in a downtown hotel, conveniently located near the theater, Christmas market, shopping centers, and restaurants—just a short walk from the train station to the airport.

 

We will assist you in booking both your plane ticket and hotel.

 

In addition to the choir day, we will host a gathering for everyone who comes through GTM, along with Zeke, for a wonderful time of fellowship on Friday night the 12th!

 

Maria, our amazing Northern Europe coordinator, will be your point of contact while there.

P.S. We are also offering an extended trip for young, aspiring music missionaries (students and others aged 18-35), who will receive mentorship from Zeke (learn from the best!) and work together with him on various musical outreach projects starting Wednesday, December 10th, through Sunday, December 14th. The schedule will be tailored based on the number of participants, with potential activities including prison ministry, outreach to the homeless, and possibly singing at the Christmas market.
